When fall and winter rolls around I am much more apt to get back on trying some new recipes. It takes a lot of planning and prep, but it is always worth it in the end! Here are a few recipes that have been crowd pleasers in our home:
Slow Cooker Chuck Roast by Smalltown Woman: this was super easy and good. We did it with Egg Noodles instead of mashed potatoes. Also, I think that 5 hours was too much, I probably could have gone about 4 hours. It was just slightly overcooked (but every slowcooker is different, so keep that in mind!)
Skinny Taste Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken if you crave Mexican food ( like me), you will love this recipe! It is crockpot, so it is super easy and tasty!
Skinny Taste Crock Pot Balsamic Pork: Here is another roast recipe; it had great flavor but was overcooked. So, I will definitely shave time off of this recipe.
Skinnytaste Chicken Marsala Meatballs: These were SO good, I can’t wait to make them again! The whole family devoured this meal. I also did her cauliflower mashed potatoes which are delicious.
Skinnytaste Brussels Sprouts Gratin: I haven’t made these yet, but they are on my list this week! They look amazing
