Scout Fit: Nike Free Flyknit

When it comes to workout apparel, I am obsessed with finding the perfect pair of tennis shoes. It takes a long time to find the right fit and color combo to somewhat coordinate with your workout wear.

Nike shoes are hand down my favorites, I have been wearing them for years. I love their Internationalist style for everyday, but I am pretty excited about my new Nike Free Flyknit 4.0, thanks to Kicks USA . They are so lightweight and comfortable, it feels like you aren’t wearing anything. Kind of like a sock with a cushiony sole. And you don’t have to wear socks with them!

My new flyknits also happen to go great with our new branded tees and tanks we just got in at at our rowing studio, Health House.  My best friend Jillian did our new designs, and we are obsessed! Love how she included front and back details, and the incorporation of our HH logo and the oars.

outfit details:

Shoes: Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit c/0, all tanks: available in the Health House studio, Tie-dye bra: Onzie (similar idea here) , Grey and Neon bra: Nike, Grey seamed pants: Vimmia, Black and white pants: Lululemon, earrings: Pave Spear in Rose Gold by Stella and Dot, Necklace: Kara Lariat by Jennifer Zuener

  1. Hi Melanie, Thanks for info on the Flynits! I actually just picked some up. You mentioned they are ok to wear sockless. I’m a little worried about them starting to smell after wearing them. Even though they are breathable did you notice that smells/sweat eventually accumulates on the insides?
