I know for a lot of moms it is hard to get their boys out of basketball shorts and tee shirts. It is not easy to break them of that habit! But, they do have events and things where those types of clothes just aren’t appropriate. The options for boys “dress clothes” used to be very slim. But, finally designers are coming around; realizing that we don’t always want to put our sons in a sweater vest and a plaid shirt.
With the holidays in mind, I started scoping out some pieces he could wear this fall and winter. I instantly fell in love with this shirt and sportcoat by Appaman from The Little House. It is totally an outfit my husband would wear!!!
The jacket is extremely well made, and not too stiff. And the details are so cute; like the lining and the red trim. The shirt is super soft and comfortable (or so my son says…)
He felt so sharp, he started to bust a move…proof that dress clothes don’t have to be uncomfortable!
